Majlinda Çitaku

Majlinda Çitaku was born and raised in Prishtina, Kosova. She is described by others as a very positive and friendly person! She loves sports, art and traveling.

Majlida has worked for different top companies including BL Harbert International, Emirates Airlines, Eurokoha Kosova Airlines etc.
She speaks the Albanian language, English, fluent Spanish and proficient German.

Now, as an Operations assistant at the American School of Kosova, some of her duties include, assisting the manager with daily operational issues; providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors; analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the department manager, etc.

Lum Gashi

Lum has been working at the American School of Kosova since 2016/17. As an Operations Manager, Lum leads all Operations activities at the American School of Kosova, including transportation, food, maintenance, logistic etc. Born in 1986 in Prishtina – Kosova, Lum graduated from the University of Prishtina with a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Natural Sciences. He has also graduated from the University of Prishtina, with a Master’s degree in Archives. He is curently working on obtaining a Master’s degree in International Managment at the University of Business and Technology. He has also received a professional certificate in Strategic Operations Management Concepts (School of Business and Management UK). In addition to that. Lum has 5 years of military experience in the field of troop navigation. His personal goal is to give a professional and humane contribution to the further development of the American School of Kosova. Lum is passionate about sports and has a sincere love towards nature. He can speak fluent Albanian and English.
