Suela Alija has been working as a Finance Officer at the American School of Kosova since 2017. Suela is responsible for managing collection of receivables; recording and extracting required data; supporting in the preparation of budgets; processing invoices; providing customer service to clients. Suela also supports the Finance Manager with all aspects of the development and effective operation of the finance function within the school. She facilitates the planning and execution of financial control, and the follow-up of management tasks resulting from these controls.

Ardiana Krasniqi

As a Finance Manager, Ardiana leads all Finance actives at the American School of Kosova. She is responsible for managing financial teams, allocating budget, completing financial reports and statements, and conducting financial forecasts, and many more. She is an effective communicator with great time management skills and well-developed analytical abilities. She brings over 12 years of experience leading organizations through change and building people capabilities at scale. Ardiana has received an Executive MBA from the University of Ljubljana.
