I was born in the municipality of Ferizaj, where I also finished high school in this city. I am a graduate of the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Philology, branch: Albanian Language and Literature. I also completed my Master studies with the topic: System of Teaching and Learning Strategies. I worked as a teacher for 18 years in public schools and especially for a long period in the school “Hasan Prishtina” in Prishtina, before I started working in the school KAS. I now work as a professor of Albanian Language and Literature at the American School of Kosovo. This is the 15th year, where I teach teaching in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade in our school – KAS. I worked for several years as a teacher with students of different ages at the Cambridge School International School in Prishtina. I was a member of the group of experts for curriculum development – MEST during 2003. For three years I was a member of the Workshop at the Summit “Kosovo Learning Kosovo” on “Teaching and Learning Strategies” organized by KAS. I have attended trainings of MKLSH (organized by MEST), “American Corner” in Prishtina, by “KEDP” with the Student in the Center, “Step by Step” etc. As a mentor I am certified by MEST for internship students in the classroom. I have attended various other trainings from KETNET as well as from KAS, organized in our school.
